Hi! I made this card for today's technique lovers challenge: frosted window! So I guess I created a frosted goldfish with blue on it that swims in a fish bowl filled with ocean water!?! Anyway, I had fun making this card!
I stamped the fish on vellum using lighter markers to color him. I then stamped seaweed in white on the vellum. I added glitter while it was still wet, but most of the glitter came off. That's ok, since I really didn't like the look anyway!
For the cs layer, I stamped the fish in darker shades of the same colors. Then I stamped the seaweed multiple times on the bottom. I ran some Colorbox inks all over the cs to simulate water and movement. The areas that are deep pink or coral are to simulate that "flash" you get of a fish in the water #the flash is usually silver, but what the hey?!#! I then attached the vellum to the cs using dimensionals.
I ran the top layer of cs through a cuttlebug ef, and cut the circle to you can see the fish. I added a shell charm and the card was finished.
TFL and have a wonderful day!

How clever...and what seems like "a natural" to use! I'm hitting my forehead ala the V-8 commercial! : ) Love your fish in a bowl idea. You did a great job in executing it.
